About this Event
As we move through late summer and gently approach the shift into autumn, this nourishing yoga morning is designed to help you slow down, ground your energy, and restore balance. This half day retreat will guide you through a practice from Yang yoga to Yin yoga beginning with a gentle, grounding flow to soothe Pitta (the fire element associated with heat, intensity, and drive) and gradually settling into Vata (the air element linked to lightness, movement, and change). From there, we’ll ease into a deeply restful yin practice inspired by the seasonal transition from the Earth element to the Metal element. release. helping you to rest your nervous system and let go. The morning will close with a nourishing meditation and a soothing sound experience, allowing you to fully unwind and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and rebalanced as you step into the season ahead.
About Your Host
Please note that my sound experiences are offered from the heart, with a gentle and intuitive approach. I work with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and subtle percussion to create a calming and supportive space, allowing the experience to unfold naturally. I have received training in sound work and continue to honour this practice with care and intention.
I am also a fully trained yin yoga teacher with over 100 hours of dedicated training, alongside 12 years of experience teaching other styles of yoga and I am currently holding over 500 hours of training in this style of yoga too .
