Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation, healing sound, and uplifting mantra meditation.

This special Sacred Lounge experience begins with a deeply restorative Gong Bath led by Rachel, followed by live mantra meditation with a guest singer. Together, these practices create a peaceful space to unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
