Yoga in the Garden
About this Event
Outdoor functional yoga class in Platt Fields Market Garden 9-9:45am every Friday morning. Practice facing the rising sun in a beautiful grassy space surrounded by vegetables, flowers and friendly yogis.
Every body is welcome and various options will be offered for different abilities. We practice on the grass on dry days and under a covered marquee on rainy ones. We have mats available, though you're welcome to bring your own.
Location - Platt Fields Market Garden, Platt Fields Park, Fallowfield, Manchester M14 6LT.
Pay-as-you-can on the day, £3-£10 recommended based on your circumstances. No-one turned away from lack of funds.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class so you have time to set your mat up and get settled.
