About this Event
Pay-as-you-feel yoga class outdoors in Platt Fields Market Garden 9-9:45am every Friday morning. Practice in a beautiful grassy space surrounded by vegetables, flowers and other friendly yogis, facing the rising sun!
Most weeks are vinyasa flow, balanced somewhere between energising and chill ?
Every body is welcome and the flow can be modified to suit all abilities. We practice on the grass on dry days and under a covered marquee on rainy ones. We have mats and props available although you are welcome to bring your own if you like.
Location - Platt Fields Market Garden, Platt Fields Park, Fallowfield, Manchester M14 6LT.
Pay-as-you-feel on the day, £0-£10.
