Join us for an unforgettable evening dedicated to the history, artistry and techniques of tattooing, inspired by the work of Tim Miller from Twin Flame Tattoo. Ken Boos will moderate a series of creative exercises and discussions with Tim, and you'll be able to try your hand at actually tattooing a design (not on skin, of course ... tattoo artists practice on fruits and vegetables, like a spaghetti squash!)
As the history of tattooing demonstrates, it's an enduring part of human culture, from Neolithic times to medieval Japan and 19th Century London society. Whether you have tattoos or never will, this will be a fascinating and fun experience.
