Join us in New Castle for our monthly celebration of the arts! Businesses and venues throughout New Castle's historic district feature local artists and musicians monthly.
At the Arsenal on November 22, we'll be featuring the art of Vicki Vinton, Lisa Baird, Heidi Benson, Michael Kalmbach, Colleen Zufelt and Lisa Ashley along with live music from the Sin City Band.
A percentage of all sales to benefits the New Castle Historical Society.
