Help decorate over 100 wreaths that will adorn #HistoricNewCastle during the holiday season! You don't need any artistic talent! Bring garden clippers if you have them, and we'll show you what to do. Plan to spend about an hour decorating your first wreath. FREE and no appointment needed--stop anytime 11 AM-7 PM on Thurs 12/5 or 9 AM-12 noon on Fri 12/6.
