About this Event

Welcome to our Ramen Cooking Class! Today, we’ll explore one of Japan’s most beloved comfort foods—a warm, soul-satisfying bowl of ramen. While many people think of ramen as a quick meal in a packet, authentic ramen is a craft that blends technique, patience, and creativity. Every element—from the broth to the noodles to the toppings—comes together to tell a story of flavor and tradition.

In this class, we’ll learn the foundations of ramen making:

  • How to build a rich, balanced broth
  • How different noodle styles complement different flavors
  • How to prepare classic toppings and garnishes
  • And how to adjust seasonings so your bowl reflects your personal taste

Whether you’re here as a food lover, a curious home cook, or someone who simply wants to level up their kitchen skills, you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to create ramen that’s flavorful, comforting, and uniquely your own.

Age Requirement: Open to ages 15 and up.

Additional Information:

  • Classes are limited to 16 students to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Participants will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back any long hair.
  • If you have food allergies, contact us in advance, as recipe changes cannot be made on the day of the class.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or class credit.
