About the Event
Join our welcoming women-only swimming sessions designed for beginners and anyone looking to stay active in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you're new to swimming or returning after a break, this is a great space to build confidence in the water and connect with others in your community.

What to Expect
• 1-hour sessions held every fortnight
• Led by qualified swimming instructors
• Beginner-friendly guidance and support
• A relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere

Locations
Sessions take place at:
• Edmonton Leisure Centre (N9 0TR)
• New Barnet Leisure Centre (EN4 9BS)

• Open to women of all backgrounds
• Suitable for beginners and those with little to no experience
