Join Gizelle Renée, Head of UK at Keith’s Cacao to kickstart your day with ceremonial cacao. A 50 minute experience designed to energise your mornings, reset your midweek, an ease you into the weekend, helping you find focus, calm, and mental clarity.

Through the gentle and uplifting power of Mother Cacao, you’ll reconnect with your inner energy, feel renewed from within, and realign with your most centred, grounded self.

Expect: Cacao, breathwork, guided meditation ending in a short but immersive sound bath.

Bring: Just you. Feel free to bring a cushion, blanket, or journal for extra comfort.
