In our Thanksgiving Day Restorative Yoga class, we invite you to slow down and open your body through gentle, passive stretching—a perfect opportunity to cultivate gratitude for your mind, body, and spirit. This mindful practice uses plenty of props, including bolsters, blankets, and blocks, to support deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Each posture is held for an extended period, allowing you to fully release tension, sink deeply into comfort, and find grounded support. As we embrace gratitude and stillness together, this peaceful, zen-like practice will leave you refreshed, centered, and ready to enjoy the rest of your Thanksgiving with grace and presence.
