Ready to get all the way relaxed? This is where we slow it wayyyy down.Heather will lead you through a series of long, supported Yin and Restorative poses—the kind that make you wonder why you ever thought you needed to "push" to feel something. Expect lots of props, deep stillness, and time to actually be in your body.
And while you’re tucked into the coziest shapes imaginable, Billie will create a soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to help you drift into that dreamy, half-here-half-floating state. Think: nervous system reset meets spa day for your soul.
Please bring your yoga mat, water and a small towel. We have a few mats to lend if you don't have your own!
