About this Event

Welcome to a Heart Chakra yoga class for gay men who are ready to soften without collapsing, open without oversharing, and remember that having feelings does not automatically mean sending a paragraph text.

This class focuses on the Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata, the energetic center connected to kindness, compassion, unconditional love, openness, and emotional balance.
Expect a queer-centered, welcoming yoga experience built around chest-opening movement, shoulder mobility, breath, gentle backbends, and heart-centered awareness.

This is not about forcing your heart open like a stuck jar of almond butter. It is about creating space in the chest, breath, shoulders, and upper body so tenderness can return without making a whole Broadway production out of it.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more spacious, supported, open, and emotionally moisturized. Very heart-forward. Very boundaries still included.
