Temple of Two: Soul Mating is a guided evening for couples to reconnect, rekindle intimacy, and nourish the deeper layers of their relationship — emotionally, energetically, physically, and spiritually.

Whether you are deeply in love and wanting to deepen even further… or life has simply become busy with work, responsibilities, stress, routines, or children…

this evening is an invitation to return to each other.

Together, you’ll be guided through a series of intentional experiences designed to soften the nervous system, awaken connection, inspire meaningful communication, and create more depth, trust, romance, and aliveness within your partnership.

This is not therapy.

And there is no pressure to perform.

It is a sacred and playful temple date night — a space to slow down, breathe together, communicate more openly, and experience the beauty of conscious connection in community with other couples.

Throughout the evening, couples will explore:

• embodied connection & attunement

• conscious touch & affectionate presence

• skillful communication practices• expressing desires, needs & appreciation• rekindling polarity, intimacy & playfulness

• creating emotional safety & deeper trust

• practices to support long-term love and fulfillmentThis experience is welcoming to both:

• couples completely new to Tantra or sacred intimacy work

• couples already exploring conscious relationship, embodiment, or spirituality together

You do not need experience.

Only openness, curiosity, and a willingness to show up for your relationship.

You’ll leave feeling more connected, nourished, inspired, and equipped with simple yet powerful practices to bring back into your everyday life together.

About the Facilitator

Lalita is a certified Cosmic Sexuality and Tao Tantric facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, energy healing, and embodied spiritual practice. She is a certified yoga instructor and has spent decades studying the body as a sacred vessel for awakening, healing, and conscious union.

Her work weaves together Taoist wisdom, tantra, breath, and presence—guiding individuals and couples to safely harness their life force energy, cultivate harmony in their intimate lives, and elevate consciousness within their relationships, homes, and the collective field.

Lalita holds space with care, reverence, and grounded devotion—inviting sexuality to be experienced not as performance, but as prayer.
