About the Facilitator

Lalita is a certified Cosmic Sexuality and Tao Tantric facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, energy healing, and embodied spiritual practice. She is a certified yoga instructor and has spent decades studying the body as a sacred vessel for awakening, healing, and conscious union.

Her work weaves together Taoist wisdom, tantra, breath, and presence—guiding individuals and couples to safely harness their life force energy, cultivate harmony in their intimate lives, and elevate consciousness within their relationships, homes, and the collective field.

Lalita holds space with care, reverence, and grounded devotion—inviting sexuality to be experienced not as performance, but as prayer.
