"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and "in tuneβ. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
Sound healing is a unique experience.
Wonderfully restorative and deeply relaxing, the experience nourishes on many levels as the sound vibrations bring the brain to a state of calm and soothe the nervous system.
In a unique and beautiful way uncomfortable physical symptoms, old wounds, unconscious patterns, emotional blocks - some we didn't know we had can be dislodged, released and cleansedβ¦
Many studies have been made of the benefit of sound therapy, for both physical and emotional health. A powerful catalyst for timely shifts and change or a subtle vehicle for transformation within.
Surprising and delightful - life can seem different afterwards, you may perceive things with more clarity, the world may seem more colourful and more magical in some way.
Not to put you off...
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone whose had major surgery in the last 6 weeks, suffers from fits (epileptics), or is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
