This FREE self-defence class runs on the last Friday of every month.
Ladies only, 14 years +.
Sessions delivered by a female self-defence coach.
You do not have to be fit or physically strong to benefit from these techniques and there are no intense fitness drills involved. The classes are designed so that you can go away after one class with skills to be able to defend yourself.
This is the last free self-defence class of the year as there is no session running in December.
