Learn how to make beautiful statement flowers using the amazing properties of wool and wet felting techniques – no sewing involved!Choose from a rainbow of wool colours and add surface decoration to make your flowers uniquely gorgeous. You will have time to make at least two during the day, either to give as presents or to decorate your hair, clothing, or accessories.
All materials and equipment are provided, including brooch pins. Workshop instruction sheets are also provided to take home.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP LEADER
Jennie Loader has a background in exploring and experimenting with textiles as art mediums and is passionate about sharing the wonderful sustainable and transformative properties of wool. She has been working with wool fibre, taking traditional wet felting techniques and translating them to create contemporary work and teaching workshops for over 18 years.
