Hi, my name is Lynn and I am the session leader for ‘Tai Chi Qigong in the Park’ for Life Balance at Aston Clinton Park, every Tuesday lunchtime from 12noon to 1pm.Often referred to as ‘moving mediation’, the Tai Chi Qigong sets are gentle exercises that promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing and help to improve muscle tone, strength, breath control and balance. Doing this activity outdoors, in the fresh air amid green parkland, adds an extra dimension to this therapeutic form of functional exercise – simply dress appropriately for the weather!
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, no previous experience needed. Cost per session is £6.50 (payable monthly), your first session is FREE.
Just turn up - we meet in the car park on the left, as you drive towards the Red Kite Pavilion café.
