Journey Through the Chakras | Group Energy Healing Aylesbury

Join Meish from Ethereal Therapies as we journey through the 7 main Chakras, using our senses, movement and soul. We will look into ways we can unblock, clear and cleanse any stagnant, troublesome energies.

Each session will focus on an individual Chakra, exploring affirmations, journaling, mantras, chanting, tapping, meditation, colour, body flow, crystals, essential oils and more!

You can choose to speak/share during the session, or you can remain silent and absorb. The sessions will be structured and led by Meish to ensure all attendees leave feeling full and refreshed.

Please bring along: cushion, yoga mat, blanket, wear comfortable clothing. Notepad, pens etc will be provided. Tickets are non refundable. Allergies & dietary requirements to be communicated prior.
