Join us in the beautiful setting of Lope Mead Farm, a new venue opening this year, nestled in the countryside of Long Crendon, on the outskirts of Thame, for a day abundant in all things Women's Wellness.
The retreat day is themed around early Summer and emergence into full bloom in the summer months ahead. It will be brimming with all things nourishing and enriching to leave you feeling radiant and glowing with a spring in your step and colour in your cheeks.
What to expect:
The day takes place in the countryside setting of Lope Mead Farm, in a beautiful indoor space surrounded by meadows, fields and countryside in south Oxfordshire.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with refreshments and a chance to settle and meet each other, before we begin with some gentle Somatic and Yoga movement specifically designed to awaken bodies. We will slowly begin to peel back the layers of stress, tension or worries from your week, to reveal a fresh and vibrant, new you!
We'll take some time to explore the local countryside before lunch, connecting with early summer nature, tuning in to the sounds of the countryside and hopefully feeling some sunshine on our skin.
There will be a sumptuous lunch created by our private Chef, before drifting into a more gentle afternoon of deep rest and relaxation.
We’ll hold a beautiful sound spa in the afternoon, with crystal healing bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls and more, a beautiful cacophony of sounds. The sound spa will be interspersed with guided meditations to help nourish the soul, poetry, essential oils, and more.
