Come join us from 7AM to 11PM at the Sweat Club for the annual Memorial Day Murph Challenge and BBQ! Free to Sweat Club members, active & retired military and law enforcement,$20 for non-members.
We will have official Sweat Club Murph shirts for sale!
This year we are spicing things up a little and adding a HYROX Murph option!
Open to the public! All fitness levels welcome, we will offer modifications for anyone who needs it.
Please stay tuned for heat registrations! Heats will run at 7am - 8am - 9am.
