Join owner Surreina at Elaruna Sanctuary for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra & Sound experience — a sanctuary for deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner listening.
In this 60-minute offering, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious rest through Yoga Nidra — a meditative practice that allows the body to fully relax while the mind remains softly aware. This portion of the practice is gently supported by sound to help you drop more deeply into stillness.
From there, you will be immersed in a pure sound journey, allowing the body and nervous system to continue unwinding as the mind rests. The experience will close with a slow, guided awakening to gently bring you back into the body with ease and integration.
This is a space where nothing is required of you.
No movement. No effort. No expectation.
Simply arrive… lie down… and be guided into a state of deep restoration.
Over time, this practice supports:
Nervous system regulation and reset
Improved sleep and deep relaxation
Release of physical, mental, and emotional tension

With over two decades of experience, she is dedicated to guiding others into deep states of rest and inner connection through Yoga Nidra, sound, and subtle energy practices. Her offerings are known for their deeply replenishing and nervous system-supportive nature, creating space for true restoration and remembrance.
