In this two-hour session, you will meet with a childbirth educator who will guide you through the key topics childbirth education, breastfeeding, and preferences of labor and delivery in a relaxed, intimate setting.

During the session, you will also take a tour of the facility to familiarize yourself with the environment and the admission process, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for your upcoming delivery.

Our childbirth educators, many of whom are certified lactation consultants, will answer any questions you may have and address your specific needs. If your educator is not a lactation consultant, they will arrange a meeting with one of our specialists for more in-depth breastfeeding discussions.

This personalized class replaces the standard childbirth education/tour/breastfeeding classes offering a tailored experience to better support your individual birth journey.
