Join Erlanger Women's Health for Childbirth Education at Erlanger East Building C- 3rd floor Classroom. This class provides expectant mothers and their support person with information regarding:
- Stages of labor
- True vs. false labor
- Coping skills
- Realistic expectations of labor/delivery process
- Relaxation techniques
- Medical interventions
This class includes one session. When registering, please provide the name of your support partner who will attend with you.
