We invite you to join us for SUPERNATURAL RESET, a guided breathwork and sound healing experience designed to help release stored stress, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with your natural state of balance.
Breathwork is an active and powerful practice that can unlock emotional release, clarity, and deep inner awareness. Many people are surprised by how much the body has been holding-and how relieving it can be to finally let it move and release.
After the breathwork journey, we will create space for integration, reflection, and sacred sharing so participants can process their experience. We will then move into a deeply restorative sound healing journey designed to calm the nervous system & help the body gently integrate the work of the morning.
This 4 hour experience will be facilitated by Reiki Masters Missy Vermeersch and Michelle Barberi, who will hold a safe and supportive space as participants explore breathwork, release stored tension, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
Our intention is simple: to create a safe and welcoming space where you can pause, breathe deeply, release what you've been carrying, & leave feeling reset, grounded, and recharged.
This experience is open to all individuals. Come exactly as you are.

Missy Vermeersch is a Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner who is passionate about helping people own their own healing & reconnect with themselves.
Through the use of many sound healing instruments & guided meditations, Missy creates deeply restorative sound journeys that support relaxation, nervous system reset, and energetic balance. Michelle Barberi is a Reiki Master and Certified Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience Facilitator who is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for people to reconnect with themselves.
Her work centers on the healing power of breath — helping participants release stored stress and emotion while rediscovering the body’s natural ability to reset and restore.
Michelle facilitates with compassion, presence, and deep respect for each person’s journey, holding a grounded space for insight, renewal, and meaningful change.

The Elemental Breathwork Breakthrough Experience combines movement (shaking) and rounds of guided breathing set to the cadence of music to energize the body, mind, and soul. It involves rhythmic breathing patterns, along with intentional breath holds and exhalations, designed to shift your physical, mental, and emotional state. Many participants experience a sense of clarity, lightness, or emotional release.
Because this practice can be physically and emotionally activating, it may not be suitable for everyone.
For your safety, the active breathwork portion is not recommended without medical clearance if you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery or injury, or have certain medical or mental health conditions. These may include cardiovascular concerns (including untreated blood pressure conditions), respiratory or neurological conditions (such as seizures or stroke), or serious mental health conditions such as psychosis or schizophrenia.
By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to assess your own health and consult a qualified healthcare provider if needed to determine whether this experience is appropriate for you.
All participants are required to complete a medical waiver prior to participation.
