About this Event

Artificial intelligence isn’t just for big tech companies anymore. Tools like ChatGPT are quickly becoming practical, everyday resources that small business owners can use to save time, spark ideas, and streamline the work that keeps a business moving.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how entrepreneurs can use ChatGPT to support common business tasks like marketing content, brainstorming ideas, improving customer communication, organizing information, and simplifying day-to-day operations. The goal isn’t to replace your voice or creativity, but to show you how AI can act as a helpful assistant that makes running a business a little easier.

This session will feature guest speaker Jason Durham of Nice Robot AI, who will guide participants through practical examples and real-world applications tailored for small business owners. You’ll learn how to write better prompts, experiment with different uses for AI, and understand where these tools can genuinely add value to your workflow.

Because this is a classroom-style session, participants are required to bring a laptop. You’ll be actively working through examples during the workshop, giving you the opportunity to try things out, ask questions, and leave with skills you can immediately apply to your business.

Whether you’re curious about AI, already experimenting with ChatGPT, or simply wondering what all the buzz is about, this workshop will help you understand how these tools can fit into the everyday reality of running a small business.
Snacks and Coffee provided.
