Join Missy for a 2 hour Group Sound Healing Experience where you will be guided in with an intuited meditation to assist you in opening and aligning your Chakras or Cauldrons. In Celtic Shamanism it is considered that we have 3 Cauldrons...the Head, the Chest and the Belly. (Hence the name of my Sound Bath sessions!)Sound Therapy has been used for many years to help achieve a deep state of relaxation and to assist you in moving through blockages in your body. The frequencies and vibrations from the sound therapy can assist with dis-ease in your body and help with stress, anxiety, sleep, meditation, and chronic pain.
By meditating in this way you allow your body to begin to heal on its own. It gives your mind, body and spirit time to de-stress, relax and reset. Sound is a very powerful tool for transformation!
It is important to recognize that you are in charge of your own healing.
I will use several instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, a 36" gong, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, ocean drum, tibetan bowls, a shruti box, frame drums and more during the meditation to help you relax and go inward!
When you arrive at my studio you will notice I provide gravity chairs, blankets, meditation eye bags, and pillows for your personal comfort and I serve you tea afterwards while we return from our meditative state. Feel free to bring a water bottle and other items for your comfort.
