• 4:30 PM: Slow Flow - Unwind with our Sunset Hatha Yoga session, preparing your body for ultimate relaxation, stress relief, and nourishment through gentle yoga poses, flowing movements, calming breathwork, and restful moments with music melodies and mantras.
• 6:30 PM: Embrace the new moon's ( eclipse ) energy with insights, snuggle up under the stars with a yummy blanket, enjoy sacred music, and drift into peaceful slumber with guided relaxation, and rejuvenate with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath by the serene oceanside. Enhance your experience with intentional crystals to help manifest your dreams, support your journey, and take home after the event.

The February new moon is a perfect time for fresh starts, introspection, and setting powerful intentions with a solar eclipse only a few hours later ( not visible in FL, but felt ). Both experiences this day will deepen your connection with nature, breathe in the ocean's healing air, tap into your body's natural healing potential, and release any energetic blocks from peace, ease, and clarity.

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach & Beyond, we've hosted events during the full and new moon phases, along with our daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Secure your spot and enjoy every detail of this magical evening.

• 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Yoga ($10 early bird - $20 general)
• 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM*: Sound Healing, New Moon Meditation & Intentional Crystals ($20 early bird - $30 general)
• 4:30 & 6:30 PM: both events ($25 early bird - $30 general) *Enjoy a 30-minute break to explore the beach and nearby shops.
