Come join me for a relaxing evening of yoga at Rat Beach! I will guide you through a rejuvenating flow as we breathe and move near the ocean's energy. This flow is the perfect way to unwind, ground, and connect with nature. All levels are welcome, this is mainly a YIN and Restorative Yoga session with emphasis on stretch and relaxing into poses.
