Sunset Sound Meditation in the Pool

Please join us for another Sunset Sound Meditation in the Pool hosted by Sol Sonic! Relax and release the stress of the day with a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and "bathe" in the resonant sound waves of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The goal is to quiet your mind and slow your brain waves to induce profound physical and mental relaxation.
PLEASE NOTE: Please bring your own raft (preferably already inflated) or arrive by 7:30pm to inflate your raft before the event begins at 8pm. We only have 2 inflators so plan accordingly.
