PREREQUISITE: 2-day TCM Core Training
Classes offered both in person and via ZOOM - be sure you note the location when choosing a date. Once ticket is purchased you will be contacted with class instructions. In person classes are held at Seven Counties Services, 10401 Linn Station Rd., Louisville, KY

Cost $125 (plus handling fee of $6.06)
The Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) has approved this 6-hour specialized curricula for target populations for Targeted Case Management, as established in 908 KAR 2:260.
