Targeted Case Management 2-day Core Training

TARGETED CASE MANAGER - CORE TRAINING - 2-days

This is a TWO DAY training. You must attend BOTH DAYS in full AND complete one additional TCM module (6hr.) to complete the certification. You will find the other modules on Evenbrite: SMI, SUD, SED, BHCCPHC. The time for both days is 9am-4pm.

In Person dates will be held at Seven Counties Services: 10401 Linn Station Rd., Ste.100, Louisville, KY

If you register for a Zoom training session you will need to use a laptop that is both audio and video capable. Once ticket is purchased you will be contacted with class instructions.

The Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) has approved this twelve (12) Hour Core TCM curriculum for Targeted Case Management, as established in the regulations of:
