As the sun begins to set and the sky softens into evening, you’re invited into a deeply restorative floating sound meditation.
Sunset Sound Float is a meditative experience held in and around our serene pool sanctuary, guided by two sound healing practitioners, Elizabeth and Ashlee.
Participants may choose to float on supportive floating mattresses in the pool, complete with a blanket and eye mask for an immersive sensory experience. You may also enjoy the sound bath from hammocks in the tree sanctuary, cabanas, or lounge chairs surrounding the pool.
If you prefer to stay poolside, you’re encouraged to bring items to create your own cozy nest — blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you feel supported. We will also have a limited number of cozy blankets available.
As you settle in, live sound healing will unfold around you. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion create a layered soundscape designed to ease stress, quiet mental chatter, and support nervous system regulation.
Floating on water offers a subtle sense of weightlessness, helping the body soften and unwind. The combination of sunset sky, water, trees, and vibration creates a deeply grounding yet expansive atmosphere.
What to Bring:
Swimsuit (if floating), towel, water bottle, and any items to create a cozy poolside nest.
