Restorative Yoga Class

This gentle, restorative yoga class offers a wide range of variations and props (including chairs, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps) to make movements and poses as inclusive as possible. All bodies, experience levels, and abilities are welcome. Beth will be in the classroom early to help participants find the best combinations of props. "
