Deep Reset: Yin, Nidra, and Sound

Sometimes the body needs more than a good night's sleep. Deep Reset is a 75-minute immersive experience that weaves together three practices into one uninterrupted journey inward.

We begin with yin yoga — long held, passive poses that release deep tension and invite the body to fully let go. From there we move into yoga nidra, often called yogic sleep, a form of guided meditation that carries you into a state of conscious rest between waking and sleeping — one of the most deeply restorative places the body can go. Throughout it all, live instrumentation to help guide the nervous system deeper into stillness.
Together they work as one — a reset button for your body, your mind, and everything in between. No experience necessary. Just show up and let go.
