Nervous System Reset

Nervous System Reset is a gentle, welcoming experience created to support presence, ease, and deep relaxation. The session begins with fun, playful body-based practices such as body drumming, gentle movements and humming, inviting rhythm, curiosity, and lightness while helping release tension. We then transition into a long, soothing sound bath, allowing the nervous system to slow down, soften, and settle into rest and restoration.
