Perfect for anyone looking to relax, meditate, or just enjoy some peaceful moments surrounded by calming instruments and Crystal Quartz bowls.

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
• A welcoming, peaceful space to fully unwind
• A short guided breathing meditation with optional essential oils blend to find a calming centre.
• Gentle therapeutic movements to release any tension in the body.
• 45 minutes of immersive sound healing
• Time at the end for refreshments or optional early evening sea swim.

You must consult your doctor before booking if any of the following apply:

- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
- Current or historic mental health problems (including but not limited to PTSD)
- Cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial heart valve, cardiac arrhythmia, a stent or shunt or a deep brain stimulation device ( DBS)

Please note people with sound induced epilepsy or in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy should not participate in a sound bath.
