Led by Caroline Cromar, DipCNM
Caroline is a qualified nutritionist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, with experience across nutrition, functional health, naturopathy, and real-world food environments. Caroline is also a Board Director and Leadership Coach working across Private Equity and PLCs and brings both real life understanding of how women juggle work, mothering, relationships and responsibilities and the impact this can have on their health. This combined with her clinical knowledge and a grounded, practical approach to every session and client.
