About this Event

The Kitchen on the Green Mezze Night!


A Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian mezze feast designed for sharing, slowing down, and staying longer than planned.

Expect dishes to arrive in waves; food passed across the table, conversation flowing, and the evening gently unfolding.

Begin & Share

  • Dakos salad with tomato, cucumber, capers, olives & feta mousse
  • Levantine dates stuffed with goat’s cheese, Brighton honey & pistachio
  • Silky hummus with spiced chickpeas
  • Smoky baba ganoush with pomegranate
  • Tahini with toasted pine nuts & roasted garlic cherry tomatoes
  • Warm flatbread & herby falafel

From the hot pan

  • Koupeh filled with wild mushrooms & lemon
  • Golden feta parcels with honey & sesame
  • Grilled halloumi with rose petal jam

Slow-cooked

  • Fadgi (Cypriot lentil risotto with caramelised onions)
  • Koupepia (vine leaves stuffed with herbed rice & lemon)
  • Moussaka (aubergine, potato, spiced filling & béchamel, baked golden)

To finish

  • Roseberry cheesecake with strawberry & rosewater coulis

A small curated cocktail list inspired by Mediterranean rhythm and flavour.

  • Cyprus Sour — brandy, citrus, bitters
  • Mint Gin Spritz — gin, mint, elderflower, lemon, soda
  • Salt of the Sea Negroni — gin, Campari, vermouth, orange
  • Honey & Rose Garden — vodka, pomegranate, rose, prosecco

  • Commandaria — deep, honeyed Cypriot dessert wine

  • Ouzo — chilled classic anise spirit

To mark our first Brighton pop-up, this evening is offered at a founders launch price of £45 per person, including the full dining experience.
