Join Lydia for a vinyasa style flow class. With an unrushed pace, this class offers moments to slow down or build heat depending on what you need that day.?

We will explore mindful embodied movement, breath-work and meditations for strength & softness in the body and mind. You may expect music, sounds and scents for a holistic experience. Lydia encouages a playful attitude, focusing on presence and practice, not perfection! Come to unwind and reset with the joy of community practice. ?
