We will explore mindful embodied movement, breath-work and meditations for strength & softness in the body and mind. You may expect music, sounds and scents for a holistic experience. Lydia encouages a playful attitude, focusing on presence and practice, not perfection! Come to unwind and reset with the joy of community practice. 🌿
