Sunset Soirée: an evening of music and movement

All levels welcome.

Bring whatever you need for a yoga practice (there will be some mats and props available).

The room will be a comfortable temperature and we will be moving, dress accordingly and consider a blanket or sweater for meditation/savasana.

Free parking available in the parking garage next door at Prima at Paseo w/validation in Carter Studios.

Julia Kahn is an electro-pop singer, songwriter and producer creating ethereal sonic worlds centered around empowerment, inner-transformation, and finding the light within. Currently based in Nashville, TN, Julia has toured both the US and UK with her music, aiming to create music that heals, inspires, and empowers listeners to embrace their authenticity and find their inner-light.

Gilbert's been teaching yoga since 2017. He predominately teaches hot power yoga across Nashville, but relishes any opportunity to slow down and cool off, to unwind and reconnect with himself and those around him.
