Sunset Pilates in the Park
Join us for an open level, 45 minute Pilates class at a location that combines both nature and skyline views!
Exact meetup coordinates sent in order confirmation.
Class is 45min however, mixing and mingling before & after class is highly encouraged!
Things to bring:
1. Yoga mat, blanket, or towel to practice on.
2. Water or something to hydrate.
3. Yourself & good energy☀️
I'd suggest arriving 5 minutes before class to settle in and find a good spot.
Shake off the cold winter and activate that neutral spine. Hoping for a nice sunset with orange skies, warm weather, and a lot of yapping. 🧘🏾♀️
