Sunset/Full Moon YogaHike @ Taylor Mountain Park

Join YogaHike Sonoma for an easy hike and grounding 90-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class in a hillside meadow surrounded by mighty oaks where we'll watch the sun set and the full moon rise.

**VINYASA SLOW FLOW YOGA + HIKE | ALL LEVELS **

Surrounded by nature, connect more deeply within yourself through a slow-flowing yoga class guided by an experienced instructor. Enjoy a peaceful, moderately easy hike through parts of beautiful Taylor Mountain Park until we reach a quiet meadow where we'll practice yoga as the sun sets and the moon begins to rise.

Duration: Approx 2 hours (hiking ~45 mins; yoga ~75 mins)

What to bring: yoga mat and/or beach towel, water, sunscreen.

Parking: Park on the street along Kawana Terrace at Meda Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA. We will meet on the corner of Kawana Terrace and Meda Avenue (NOT up at the Taylor Mountain parking lot).

Where to meet: We'll meet at the corner of Kawana Terrace and Meda Avenue in the residential neighborhood next to Taylor Mountain Park (NOT up at the Taylor Mountain parking lot). There are no parking fees here, and since we'll be in the park a little past sunset, it's best not to park in the pay parking lot up the hill at the main park entrance. If you're running late or can't find our group, text Carla at (707) 228-0311. Please do your best to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before our start time.
