Celebrate the holiday with a yoga class outdoors at the Poppies and Petals Farm on Sanford Road in Santa Rosa!
The yoga class will be an all-levels flow focusing on activating the senses, communing with nature, and finding gratitude. It will be appropriate for all levels of practitioner, and beginners are welcome!
Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel or blanket to put under your yoga mat, any yoga props you would like and dress in layers.
Following the class, you will have the option to take a farm tour, browse the farm stand and purchase any flowers or plants for sale.
Revolution Yoga members may attend for free. Drop in for non-members is $35.
