A chance to connect to the hearts of local women and witness each other in our fullness. For those who haven't been to one before, sister circles are a space to be listened to deeply. We will go around the circle and each woman will share as much or as little as she wants, knowing she will be held in compassion and that nothing will be shared outside of the circle. You can talk about your emotions, what's going on in your life, what you are grateful for, whatever is relevant for you. The session will start with a short guided meditation and it will end with some time to chat and drink tea.

About me - My name is Sophie, I have recently moved out of a land community of 10 people where I was living for 3 years. Here we held regular women's circles and this is something I am feeling really inspired to bring to Norwich. Community is so important - knowing we can be held and cared for by others despite all of our messiness. Come and receive the love of the warm hearted women of Norwich!
