What to expect:
✨ Sunday 29th of March
✨ Approx. 1 hour energising flowy vinayasa style movement class complimented by some juicy stretches, led by Diana, in English. Class is suitable for both men and women and all levels.
✨ Followed by a breakfast to nourish our body.
✨ Music will be contemporary and curated to suit the place 🎶
