Sunday Service: A Yoga Flow!

This community yoga class is a beautiful way to awaken your body, mind, spirit in the gorgeous Livaudais Hall. Class will be infused with great music and uplifting instruction for all.

Prepare to be transported to a special yogic zen with this special offering! On four dates this fall, Kathleen Barry will guide you through an rejuvenating, grounding yoga flow, while Caroline Chiesa’s ethereal voice and Tibetan sound bowls create a sonic landscape that will enhance your practice and calm your mind.
