Beginner's Acroyoga Date & Time: Every Other Wednesday 6-7 PM
Location : Bloom Yoga Studio (1225 Mandeville St, New Orleans, LA 70117)
Price: $20 (Class is free for intermediate level and above community members. If you are unsure if you are intermediate please ask)
Come play every other Wednesday as we blend the balance of yoga and the thrill of acrobatics into fun partner based practice. Beginners' class will focus on foundational skills to build trust, strength, and connection for yourself and through the acroyoga community while we work our way through dynamic poses.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome whether they're coming solo or with friends.
Skill of the week: This week we will be learning a fun flow to get familiar with foot to shin and shin to foot.
Acro Jam
Jam session directly after class form 7-10 PM. Open to everyone to come and play and work on any and all skills safely.
Cost: $5 (if you have not paid for the beginner's class already)
