Prenatal Yoga at Studio Shakti offers a nurturing 60 minute practice designed for all three trimesters of pregnancy. This class includes pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures), and meditation all centered on deepening the connection between mother and baby.
The instructor begins by checking in with the students to understand where they are in their pregnancy journey, ensuring that each student receives appropriate support through this sacred time of creation.
