Join me on Sunday 10th May at 9:30am at Silver Road Community Centre for a gentle morning sound bath.These sessions are a chance to start your Sunday slowly… to lie down, rest and allow the body and mind to settle into the day ahead.
With the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion, the space becomes calm and grounding, helping you to fully relax and ease into a quieter pace.
A peaceful hour just for you, to pause, reset and begin your day feeling more balanced and refreshed.
🧺 What to bring
Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable this might be a yoga mat, blanket, cushions or a chair. Warm layers are always a good idea so you can fully relax 🤍
